A soft and creamy blue goat's cheese, Crablu' is well-ripened with sea salt then seasoned for at least sixty days in a cold, humid environment.
The cheese has a delicate aromatic flavour, which evokes the herbal aromas found in the Sardinian bush. A sweet aftertaste leads into a strong, piquant ending.
