Delivery Options
We offer several delivery options to ensure your delicious honey arrives safely:
- Local Bicycle Delivery: For customers in Walthamstow and parts of Hackney, we deliver by bicycle within 2-3 weekdays.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Standard): Your honey delivered within 2-4 working days.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Express): Delivered within 1-3 working days.
- Collection: Available from our Walthamstow Village location between 6-9pm, usually ready within 24 hours.
Environmentally Friendly Delivery
We're committed to minimising our environmental impact through our delivery choices:
- Local deliveries by bicycle have zero emissions
- Royal Mail is the UK's greenest delivery option for parcels, based on average gCO2e emissions per parcel delivered (Citizens Advice 2023 Parcels League Table)
- Where possible, we reuse packaging to reduce waste
Shipping Locations
We deliver throughout the UK via Royal Mail. For customers in Walthamstow and parts of Hackney, we offer bicycle delivery by Tom himself.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen shipping method.
Delivery Instructions
When placing your order, you can specify delivery preferences:
- For Royal Mail deliveries, you can specify a safe place during checkout
- If you won't be home, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local Post Office
- For bicycle deliveries, you can provide specific instructions at checkout
Order Tracking
For Royal Mail deliveries, you'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched. You can use this link to track the status of your delivery.
About Our Packaging
Where possible, we reuse packaging to reduce waste. This means your order may arrive in differently branded boxes. Rest assured, the honey inside is still our premium product—we're just giving packaging a second life before recycling.
Returns and Refunds
We have a 28-day return policy. If anything isn't right with your order, you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy.
